External Credit Courses
Concurrent Studies at a variety of Post Secondary Institutions allow students to enroll in courses that can be university credit as well as high school credit. Students must be extremely motivated to enroll and regular fees for post secondary credits are charged.
Other External Courses
There are a number of courses that offer credit at a high school level in a variety of self interest areas. This includes:
- Driver Training
- Sports official
- Music Development
- Life Guarding
- Special computer courses
- Language Development
- Sports Coach
- Provincial or National Team member
- Duke of Edinburgh Award
- Fitness Leader
- First Aid
If you have taken any specific subject course outside of school, please check to see if it can be added to your transcript. Some courses have potential to be fine arts or applied skills and will be used in the selected study category. Bring the completed course documentation to Ms. Gervais to be issued the credits.
